A New Position and some other stuff

My previous blog entry was not meant to be a slap in the face to ANYONE and I sincerely apologize if it was taken that way. I love all of my blog friends and I was not directing the "photo" comment to anyone in particular. It was a generalization and not geared towards one blog. I can easily fall into that trap myself, and probably have at one time. All I meant is that for the past couple weeks, it was a lot of looky looky and not enough talky talky.

Where are the blogs going?

I went online today to look at one of my favorite reads, "My Hot Sexy Wife". It was gone. I know he hadn't updated in awhile, but I'm sorry to see him leave. His blog was one of the 1st that I came across when I started writing this one. I followed his blog quite a bit and it's sad to see him go. Then I clicked on each of the blogs that we link to, and to my dismay I had to delete 2 more. They hadn't been updated lately either, and now they are gone.

It must be just me, but I have quite a different view of the blogs I read now. Most are just pictures, "look at how hot I am and leave lots of comments". Please. This isn't a popularity contest. Don't get me wrong, I love the pictures. Most of them are hot. But I can also go on youporn.com and see the same thing. And I don't feel obligated to give them an ego boost.

My own blogging is different now. And while I was never very good about it, I feel I am worse now. I am also not as anonymous as I used to be. I cannot write as freely as I once could. My words are judged and analyzed. My silence is judged and analyzed.

The End of the Visit

Well, here I am. 24 hours after Penelope and Odysseus have left. What a visit. I have gone through such a wide array of emotions in the past week that I am utterly exhausted. When they left last night, Tim and I sat on the couch in complete silence and it took us both a few minutes to start talking. There were questions, there were answers, there were observations, and that doesn't even begin to cover it. This is going to take days... and probably weeks... to figure out what we feel.
I absolutely fell in love with Penelope. She is the most beautiful woman ever. You can probably tell from some of the pictures they post, but to see her in person is another story (of course it is). She is funny and sweet and smart. And the best kisser EVER. Making out with her was one of the best things to me. I'd do it again and again. And again.
Odysseus is fantastic. He was much more sweet and tender than I thought he would be. Not that I thought that he wouldn't be. If that makes any sense. He has perfect facial hair which tickled when we kissed and felt amazing all over my body. And he has a great cock.
I will not analyze too much of what happened. It was a great experience, and something that I will always cherish. I think it brought Tim and I to a different place in our relationship, in a positive way. It confirmed in my mind what I already knew... that O & P are truly great friends of mine and never want that to change.
I probably need to take a couple days to gather my thoughts and feelings to write again.
But it was a great visit. And we miss them.

The First Date

They arrived!! Last night we had drinks at the hotel bar and dinner at one of my favorite restaurants.
I love them.
Not only are they extremely hot, but they are funny and nice and completely comfortable to be around. I felt like I have known them for years and years.
I am one happy, happy girl.

The Visit

Well, as most of our readers know... we have friends who will be arriving tomorrow from across the country. Sex-blogger friends. Friends we met online 1 year ago when both blogs were just being created. Since then we have emailed, chatted, chatted with the addition of web cams, exchanged photographs, mailed "care" packages to each others homes, became friends on myspace, and spoke on the phone. Okay, well, I did not participate in the last one. I became too nervous and ran out of the room like a 12 year old girl. This is the obvious next step in our relationship with them. They arrive tomorrow night and will be staying in a hotel a few blocks from our house. They will stay there for 2 nights and then will be staying with us for the rest of the week.

I feel like I know them well and these are long lost friends that I haven't seen in years. And I am really excited. I do not feel that I am meeting them for the 1st time. I really don't.
